Industrial Edge skills testing software provides you quick test results in just a few easy steps! To begin testing simply enter the applicant’s name. Once you have entered this info you are ready to select one of the 130 job titles. The "Job Title" bar was derived from the Department of Labor Occupational Net, and aids the administrator in selecting the appropriate testing categories and also helps to ensure content validity.

Based upon your selection of job title, all testing categories applicable to that skill/trade are automatically highlighted. Industrial Edge has been designed to evaluate candidates in a variety of areas significant to each job title. By doing so, administrators are given a more in-depth understanding of an applicants abilities.

If at any time you are unsure of or would like more information regarding a particular job title, you may view the "Job Description" button which will provide you with a full description of each title.

Categories have now been selected and you are ready to test! Simply click the "Start Testing" button and applicants are on their way. Applicants are asked a series of questions. As each question is answered, the next question automatically appears. Once a category has been completed, a printed test result is generated for the administrator to review while the applicant is given the next category. Upon completion of all the categories, the program will return to the menu screen... ready for the next candidate.
